What can I say, would be not enough, terrible customer service, they don't treat their clients as a human beings. Yesterday we came back home from work, And the electricity meter was run out of money. I tried to top up many times but the payment didn't went through, and the reason for that is because they were doing maintenance on the smart meters, so I couldn't top up. About 20:00 I tried to call the emergency customer service line and I managed to speak with advisor at 22:00!!! Two hours waiting on the line. I explained the issue to the advisor and they told us that, there was no solution. So they left us without electricity the whole night until 2:30am. They couldn't even restore our electricity in advance and let is pay them next day. Why cut my electricity then if you want to do your stupid maintenance. You have the money to pay them and they don't let you, because of their stupid policy. Even if you are dying they won't do anything. I will definitely sue them about that.

The worse electric supplier ever i used,
I was paying monthly for the electric only £119.07, they have change automatically to pay as you go for what reason no one knows.
They doing day light robbery to their customers,
When they move me to pay as you go. I top up £20 it doesn't appear to the meter, i received confirmation email from utilita but no money has top up to the meter. Call their customer service, they can't find any information about the top up. But £20 has missing from my account.
I'll suggest no one move to utilita. Really bad experience i have.

I spoke to an extremely friendly, helpful lady called Maria just now. I got through very quickly. She had a good sense of humour and was very helpful with 3 completely different issues I needed to address. She was very efficient updating relevant information. Excellent telephone manner, really put a smile on my face. I can honestly say, without doubt, that the customer service is the best I've ever had with any company to date.

What a waste of time this company is, I have had three appointments for a smart meter. As the cottage the meter is being installed is a two hour round trip I have had three wasted journeys and three wasted days. The staff on the phone are apologetic but do not seem to do anything except to say they will book another appointment. So far I am owed £90 in compensation I wonder if I will ever see that. Just keep clear I am now going to find another supplier with better customer skills. The only reason I am giving one star is so I can post this review they deserve none.
