Recently purchased a house!

I struggled to find a solicitors that offered services for Modern Method of Auction, however Attwells covered this unique type of transaction. The overall experience was okay. Better communication would have been more helpful, they were occasionally unresponsive and unclear. Being a first time buyer I would’ve liked clearer information and advice of how to navigate and find solutions. I probably wouldn’t recommend for other first time buyers. With that said, my purchase was successful and met the deadline thanks to Attwells.

We recently used Attwells for moving into our first home and cannot fault them. Holly was wonderful and so helpful in every situation and being first time buyers it was great to have someone happy to explain everything in layman's terms when we didn't understand certain process. We would recommend to our family and friends and certainly contact Holly again if we were to move home again. Tom Gall from Attwells is fantastic !
In the last 2 months I have purchased a new house and sold one in separate transactions. Tom dealt with both of these in a very swift manor and guided me through each step.
He was very efficient and proactive when it came to chasing up the other side, he was always one step ahead.

Very professional, great service, fast and effective communication, couldn't ask for more! My case was dealt with by Sophie Ball and she was fantastic! I was buying a house with modern auction, only thing that would be better would have been if the sellers solicitor was better, which is nothing to do with Attwells or Sophie, they did everything they could to keep me informed and up to date and the purchase went through on time.
