It might have improved since I went there for training, but a trainer called Emma wasn't much good. She said we had to be discreet, be careful what personal information we gave on social media. Then went into details personal problems of her sisters, what disabilities and benefits they have and her social media had pictures of them to know who she was talking about. Then she had an attitude problem with me as was giving details of a sister who was involved in domestic violence, and I asked for information what would we do if we felt a person is in danger, and she wasn't nice to me after that, saying she didn't think I would be discreet

They are trying be helpful there. Nice people. But to be honest , why would you wast your time there if you can go on them website and read about problem what you have?! On them website you can find all the questions what they can give you. You wont get nothing more than that there. So dont be lazy, and read

Well if you ring up for the helpline its more than 30 minutes wait time up to possibly an hour i called for someone and it was 20 minutes in and the man said you are 12th in the queue please continue to hold what a joke
