I bought a closed down pub without planning for change of use but Steve had advised me thoroughly on a free appraisal basis prior to the purchase and I was confident that I would be able to live there as a house. Sure enough, despite some opposition from certain ex-clientele, Steve successfully prepared a report showing the pub was no longer viable and there were alternative facilities nearby.
