We have found Emma and her team to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The service agreement Emma has put in place for us takes in to consideration both our current HR needs and budgetary requirements, and thus far has proven to be of incredible value. Emma and Tyana are a great comfort when you are out of your depth re employment law and rules . They are also professional , efficient on the ball and never let you down , with you every step of the way when you have an employment issues .
Emma especially calms everything down , gets you into perspective and reminds you we may be employers but we are human not machines even if you say something from the heart rather than rules .
