We chose bicester wills due to doing home visits for my parents in law mum was housebound.
My father in law has been in/ out of hospital., so we needed to protect mum.
First port of call.waa paul, who talked me through wills differ etypes & needs.
Jessica was assigned to mum dad. She made it seem a breeze she made mum dad feel mat ease, she was kind understand and empathetic.
Eveeytime we made a home visit to do final will dad was taking back in hospital. We finally got them done yesterday.

Absolutely awful - have been trying to get a simple bit of work done with them for four months now that they said would take 2 weeks, Lax in responding to emails and calls and refer to other contractors employed - go somewhere else.

Update - one week and about 5 further requests and still nothing
