Selene at Omega Wills was just the most understanding and supportive person to work with which was so important for something that obviously needs to be handled with care. She talked my wife and I through every step of the process, and made sure we understood all the options and terms being spoken about in the wills so we were able to go into it as well-informed as we can be!

And in terms of pace, the only real blocker was our own availability, which Selene was so accommodating with, but we got our documents so quickly after everything was sorted and agreed!

Not sure how you are able to provide a service to your clients when letters from Office of Public Guardianship are still being received at the address you left a year and an half ago. I’ve put them in the post box marked no longer at this address. You could also change the address for all of your other businesses for which I am still receiving mail when you sort out with the OPG, or maybe PAY the post office for a forwarding service until it is sorted out? Just an idea
