Chasing me for a car I sold 2.5 years ago for a parking ticket from the new owner. DVLA letter to confirm that I wasn’t the owner at the time the parking ticket was issued I sent over the letter as evidence, from initial court letter to CCJ in 27 days 😂 this country is a joke.
This company work alongside the county courts and the pair fraudulently force payments from innocent people causing CCJs which ruin lives! when there is clear evidence of them not being at fault.
The company is an utter disgrace and are criminals.
I will be taking them to courts for a lot more than the £300 I had to pay. Also these type of company’s are responsible for many suicides per year and they couldn’t give a crap!

Firstly I’d like to say how relieved I am that I’m not alone in dealing with this fraudulent company. I along with many, have received the threatening letters over Christmas urging me to pay a parking fine that I contested and hadn’t heard back from since October 2023 ( which has somehow risen to £270). I have now proceeded with county court as the company has no contact information or intention to read the defence.

Not that it matters, but back in 2023, I drove into a car park without a barrier on a Sunday, in the dark with no signage. A member of the public told me he’d been scammed by this predatory parking company and alerted me I couldn’t park there, at that moment I left. I took a picture of the sign (only time I left the car) and drove out.

Almost 2 years later the company is chasing me for £270 for the luxury of driving in and out of a dimly lit car park, that I was unaware I couldn’t park, unless I exited the car and zoomed into the terms and conditions of course ( but who’s going to do that!!).

This has caused lots of stress and anxiety while working full time and trying to also complete a full time PhD, for essentially driving in and out of a car park.

I’m at the stage where considering to offer the company a pay out to not go the distance (reluctantly) due to the additional stress this is incurring on my already busy life , however I really want to continue perusing this to court as believe this is the right course to achieve justice for us all . The company’s local court however is in Runcorn, a 5 hour drive from where I live, and would anticipate a 2 days off work. If anyone has any guidance or has dealt with this company before, I’d greatly appreciate hearing it. Not sure how I reply to people’s reviews so feel free to reply and get in touch. Best regards

Really excited to share that they have pulled out of the court case at the last minute. I parked in a car park for 9 min and got out to check and left back in 2022. They have been sending threatening letters and fine kept going up to £270. After mediation when I decided not to take their offer of £150 my local court was assigned and they were asked by the court to pay the fee. They have been trying to call me but don’t speak to them.
Today got the email that they are closing the case and not going to proceed any further. 🥳

Taking me to court over a parking charge in Manchester (Hinton street) that I actually paid for, 1 digit of my number plate was incorrect and contacted the car parking company straightaway . I’ve done some research into the directors I’m not surprised they act this way , they appear to be pretty low moral people . I can’t believe anyone can work for this company they act modern day crooks it’s unethical. I will be contacting all the news outlets , martin Lewis you name it to try and create more awareness of the unfair process . I have not found a case yet where the court have sided with the defendant. No matter the evidence. I don’t mind how long it take I will email and pester everyone.

Can u please respond to my emails? The landlord has repeatedly told you that I was parked there legally as a customer.( please see the SH below) u still sending me threatening letters/ courts proceedings?
Not everyone polite like me. People will start demonstrating outside your offices as its extremely unfair what u doing to the UK public!!!

If I could give this company a negative rating, I absolutely would. They are completely incompetent and operate like crooks! Their business model revolves around scamming innocent people. I already paid this penalty back in December, yet they clearly don't bother to check their own records, as I've now received a claim letter with an unjustified price increase. I will be vigorously defending this, especially since they have a history of canceling before reaching court—an embarrassing tactic considering how aggressively they intimidate and harass individuals. It’s astounding that this entity is still allowed to operate; I sincerely hope they are shut down once and for all!

Received a a final warning without any prior correspondence. Trying to scam us out of £270 for parking 10 minutes in a car park with no clear signage (which had previously been free parking) while we changed our 4 month old daughter. Now filing a counter claim for discrimination under the equality act 2010 and harassment as they are insisting on taking us to court. Nothing legit about these crooks. They are actively breaking the law.

This company is disgraceful!

My complaint reference is 8732067 and perhaps you’ll now look at your emails before the 1 month point.
Persue the correct party for a parking fine and cease your harassment of me.

Staff trained to read a script to bully and harass who they believe is the most vulnerable in society.
Even when given evidence the car Manufacturer was in legal possession of the car.
