Ross Williams were fantastic. Very professional service, quick to respond and very helpful with our recent house sale and purchase. There were a number of complications in the purchase but they were able to work through them and deliver positive outcomes. Neil and Amanda were really helpful. Sarah Cousins is first class. I was going through the most horrendous time and Sarah did everything within her power for me, she listened, supported and guided me. Her attention to detail is 100%. She explained everything clearly and multiple times if necessary. Her professionalism is first class and her calm approach to everything is certainly what was needed. I can’t recommend Sarah enough, and if any of my friends needed help Sarah would be the ‘go to’ I would recommend.
The wider team at RW especially Tracey are brilliant too. I spoke to Tracey on numerous occasions and she always had a lovely calm nature and always delivered. I highly recommend Sarah.
