M2 Consulting reached out to us following a post made online, to search for assistance with a dropped kerb planning application.

Matthew discussed the requirements for the dropped kerb application and outlined how M2 would prepare the application on our behalf. To maintain transparency and manage expectations, Matthew clarified that the M2 prepared application could not guarantee success and highlighted any existing circumstances that may cause concern. We decided best to continue as nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Following agreement, Matthew prepared a highly detailed report and drawings for our approval and subsequently completed the application process via the relevant council portal - we simply had to pay the application fee directly to the council, once notified.

Following the consideration window, Matthew updated us on the same day that our application was successfully approved. We had a couple of questions regarding the clauses provided as part of the approval, which Matthew subsequently clarified with the council on our behalf.

We are very grateful to Matthew for preparing/processing the dropped kerb application on our behalf and we are certain the success of the application is due to the professional, detailed report provided by M2.
