Don’t bother to contact this company. I am, as the director, extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism from Bissell & Brown. I had applied to them for quotation and invoice for tax return forms procession. Despite sending a clear and detailed email, including all necessary information and a direct request I never received any response. I even followed up with a phone call, when I was informed my request received forwarded to the manager and promised the follow up. yet no one bothered to come back to me.

As this matter is both time-sensitive and important, their complete disregard for basic client communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or responsive service.
