We arranged 3 services with EDSB and gave very clear instructions about contact details for the engineers. Unfortunately none of these instructions were observed, which has led to a failed attendance. We've now tried for a week to urgently get the failed service rebooked, but EDSB seems only focused on getting new sales but doesn't seem to bother and actually find a solution to a problem they've caused. Avoid this company.

Probably not a bad company but their drivers wink at random women on the motorway. Can't be trusted. Looking at you, Mr. Blackwall Tunnel London Friday at approx 17.00 01.06.18. Hopefully you don't have a Mrs and if you do, hopefully she doesn't see this review. Whoopppps..
