I contacted OTS to assist me with a deposit dispute I was having with my landlord. I worked with Aisha Tayob, through consistent correspondence and telephone conversations she was able to support me, open the lines of communication where I was not making any progress with the property managers and enable me to successfully resolve the dispute and get my deposit returned to me in full.
