We have used Craig at Gilbie Roberts for a few years now. The service is amazing. It never ceases to amaze us that he replies to our emails and texts in the evenings and at weekends.

We used to use a well known larger firm when we first started our business and needed hand holding. Unfortunately we felt we never got that service. We migrated our account to Craig at Gilbie Roberts and we have 100% confidence and trust that Craig is not just ticking the boxes but is working with us to grow our business and maximise our profits.

Before setting up my company in 2016, the accounts and PAYE were a worrying thought, as all new to me. I began by using another company but did not feel supported in any way and charged a large amount of money in my first year. I was recommended Gilbie Roberts Ltd by a friend. I can honestly say that I regret not engaging their services from the beginning. Craig is always at hand with any accounting queries either by telephone or prompt reply to emails, and MELANIE is OUSTANDING with our PAYE for all payments to staff. We send across the staff earnings 9am on the 1st of the month and Melanie ALWAYS returns the payslips by lunch time so that staff get paid on the day they are supposed too. I can HONESTLY say, as a reputable Funeral Director, the service I receive from Gilbie Roberts is efficient, reasonably priced, reliable and OUTSTANDING. My PAYE and accounts will always stay with this company.
