I turned up this morning for my Smsts Traning , to be told I could not use the toilet because of parked in the wrong bay I told him no I haven’t been very well and I needed to use the toilet , disgusted by this as trainers were in the building drinking coffee I was told I would have to move my van and he would be another 5 mins with this I had to drive away and get cault in traffic only to miss the course
I definitely won’t be using this service again I’m disgusted by his behaviour over me using the toilets as I was not very well

Brilliant Course. It was very well put together, very insightful and i was well looked after. I came away with a far better understanding of the subject i was learning about. Pete the tutor was outstanding, very engaging and made the course enjoyable. I would recommend BSG to anyone thinking of taking any training courses.

Very poor communication, promised free inspection that they never did and then tried to charge us twice (after many emails they realised they went to site only ones and cancelled one invoice)
