I had a problem with my laptop which was quickly resolved by diagnostic checks at their offices. The prompt resolution of my problem plus the service I received, prompted me to ask for advice on buying a replacement laptop and printer - something I'd been wanting to do for a little while. They were happy to help and I received an email by the next day. I've now ordered the equipment that I want and EC Computers will be setting them up and transferring data from my old laptop. Josh from EC Computers was most helpful and swiftly sorted out a corrupted hard drive on my laptop within a few working days.
