Harassment is an understatement! I'm 24 hours I've had 3 emails all saying the same thing but not 1 reply to the emails I've sent back!! Also 2 texts all in under 24 hours. Never mind it's for a debt I do not owe! Get legal advice if this company wants anything from you citizens advice are very helpful but keep all the evidence you have from them.

Not sure who I spoke to last month but on both occasions the gent has been lovely. Spoke to callum today.

I understand its not a nice thing to do but with past experiences of debt recovery agents they've been absolute a'

but here both times kind and understanding. No forcing or pressuring me. No hounding me or scaring me into payments that I could not afford. This is the way all debt agency's need to be working. With kindness and compassion. After loosing my job I've found myself in finacial struggle but was able to agree a suitable amount to pay.

The world would be a much better place if this is how debt recovery agents worked in all teams!

This company have been hassling me a mentally poorly woman for just £60! I’ve had emails all over Christmas Eve/day/Boxing Day and they are still threatening me! Get a grip and stop bullying mentally poorly people!!!!

Agree with others, and their domain is obviously being reported for such. They are acting under instruction from Sage UK in our case. It's completely false as well, I have never used this tool. How they could claim six months of usage when their records must cleverly say that there has never been so much as a log in. Shocked by Sage(UK) more than this company who they have appointed.

Communicated with both now and expect that to be the end of the matter. Completely damaging to the whole Sage brand which is meant to be for business, and a local one at that.
