Do not use. Falsely claiming to be Goverment/official related saying they 'work directly with the insolvency company' which they don't. Very misleading conversation which is disgraceful, especially when dealing with businesses who are in the process of trying recover money from insolvency and liquidation cases.

I couldn't agree more with Vanessa Brewer's poor rating for this company, we were sold the service under the same pretence and its been nearly a year and its just not getting anywhere. They have just been wasting our time and very releuctant in their communication. So not happy. What makes it infuriating is the fact that the directors were on the phone all the time when trying to get the order, and just not approachable since then.

Rang our business today. When I called back they didnt know why I was ringing, which suggests a cold call sale. I dont appreciate our staff picking up calls from a debt collector. We are also TPS registered

Signed up last year and they’ve collected on the larger debt out of the 2 invoices I passed over. So very happy with the outcome.
Appreciate the monthly updates too. I highly recommend using CDI.

I would just urge you to read your terms and conditions THOROUGHLY - do not listen to what the sales rep tells you regarding paying a one off fee and nothing else- they charge YOU the commission if they cant get it from the client you're chasing.

It also seems likely that they never actually manage to recover from your client so you foot some hefty bills on top of what you're already chasing from your customers.. these really do seem to prey on people in already difficult situations.

misleading sale call, gave the impression they're a government body, investigating a customer of mine who's gone insolvent with debt owing, they were actually trying to sell me debt recovery. which is very misleading trick. no thanks

I was told to pay an upfront fee of £500 I said no so they then said £250 to collect my debt , 1 yr on they rang for another £500 saying it’s only a year contract . Total waste of time and money !

Have used that many debt collection companies over the last few years I had honestly gave up on this industry as nobody has delivered. Well that was till I started using this company. I signed up for 12 months and I’m currently about 8 months into my contract. I have passed them 9 debts in total up to now and they have managed to collect 6 of them with the others still getting worked on. I’m over the moon with the results so keep up the good work and you will have a client for life.
