What a great buying experience, they gave a decent part ex price on our car, kept us well informed during preparation & hand over. We had a small issue after picking the car up but but this was rectified very quickly & it’s how a dealer resolves at issue, shows how good a dealer is. This is a very good used car dealer.

I'd be wary of purchasing a used car from here. Seemed ok and were friendly. Purchased a car in April, within a couple of days started having problems. Turned out the car needed a new turbo and clutch. They recommended one of their garages to do the work and agreed to pay the labour for both parts. Probably was on booking the car in I told the garage I didn't have time for it to be dat around waiting for it to be repaired and they said it wouldn't be. Car was sat waiting to be done for 2 weeks, then unfortunately they had a death which delayed the car another week and a half. Got the car back and radio needed a code which we hadn't been provided with so had to wait for Ford to take a look and they can't do it because they think the radio is now faulty, it was perfectly find before sending the car in to be repaired. Tried to phone to ask of they can recommend someone to look at it and as per usual no answer, emailed and just being ignored. Customer service is rubbish and now have to replace something it seems their recommended garage has broken.

UPDATE TO REVIEW
Garage as in their reply advised us to go to Ford which if they had replied to their emails would know we did this and Ford can't do anything with it. They said its somehow become damaged ( it was working fine before it went to the recommended garage to have other repairs done) and will need replacing

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
I bought a VW golf from them recently and within 24 hours multiple warning lights were flashing up on the dashboard. I let them know and said I would be taking it to a garage to have it looked at. After it being checked over by an ex VW technician they told me it had been in a car accident! I was never told this when buying the car. It had extensive damage including all the wiring in the front of the car, rader unit faulty, broken air con, rear brake plates rotten, corroded rear subframe etc.. I was told it would cost thousands to be fixed, just the rader unit would be almost £2000 let alone the rest of the problems, when he showed me the wiring under the hood I was shocked! It had been taped back together with cellotape and some broken copper wires were left exposed. He said he’d never seen anything like it before, 1 drop of water on those wires it would have gone bang. He said it should have never passed an MOT. Even with 12 months gold warranty they refused to give me a refund so I drove the car back demanding a refund for being sold this death trap. I showed a guy there the car and he took no responsibility and said they would put it back up online. They eventually caved in and offered me a refund or an exchange. I have just noticed the car has just been put back up for sale on their website not stating it’s been in a car accident, lying about the amount of previous owners and unless they’ve put thousands of pounds into this car to fix it then it’s in the same state it was in when I returned it which has made me very anxious knowing someone else will buy this car. It is a VW Golf silver reg - NA62 WZT. DO NOT BUY THIS CAR.

Bought a car from here and I have got to say, Very friendly and welcoming staff, they talked me through all the specs and information about it, took it for a test drive which was a very quick and easy process, and had the car professionally valeted and MOT’d within a couple of days ready for me to collect, couldn’t be happier, would highly recommend!
