Exceptional service today. Speedy and effective, taking a step by step approach to the problem and ultimately getting it rectified. They were also crystal clear about how much it would cost. Fantastic and friendly service. I contacted Drain Care (South West) after discovering a lifted drain cover in our garden. Andy was over later that morning and cleared the blockage within an hour of arrival. Was cheaper than I thought as well. Strongly recommended!

Had a blockage that was causing over flow in a back garden drain.
Called drain care that sent a employee over at 4pm the employee was not able to clear the blockage and proceed to tell me that this would need to be jetted and that this was a 2 man job and not something that he was able to do alone and then left. Approximately 10 minutes late the same employee came back and began to use the power jet which I was previously told was not possible on his own.

The blockage was still not cleared which was fair enough and I was told that I would need ground work done on a cracked pipe which is said to be 1.7 meter down and that would mean breaking up the concrete which is something they do not do.

I then spoke to a man named Andy who requested pictures of the area, after these were sent over and a couple of emails back and forth I was then not replied to with any further information or solutions or help what so ever. The only other corespondents they were kind enough to have with me was to send over an invoice.

Thankfully I got a second opinion from a from another drainage company who were able to fix the problem and assured me there was no crack in the trap meaning I did not have to undertake any ground work taking place.

They also did not charge quite as much as I previously had been.

I had given them more time to respond to myself and was assured that some one would be in touch with in the week and to no surprise no one has been.

I’m sure with a little more care for the customer from the company the issues could have been resolved very promptly and beneficial for both sides
