I had the displeasure of dealing with a thoroughly reprehensible and ill mannered character called “Rita”, who spoke to me like dirt throughout the initial consultation. She literally had a go at me for dealing with a health and safety violation committed against me at work (I dealt with it in the wrong order, I am ignorant of the law afterall, hence why I was consulting with her) and then when I asked her not to speak to me that way, she proceeded to have a go at me for MY tone. Unbelievable. This woman is a full blown narcissist and she shouldn’t have any sort of a position of responsibility.

When I complained to Philip Mccabe himself via email, I received nothing in return. No apology. No promise that he would retrain her and develop her soft skills. Nothing. This is a joke of an outfit. Don’t waste your time dealing with them.

Amazing, this means that they are extremely busy and hence perhaps too busy to pay attention to the existing cases?
From the onset, there is the ethical issue at play, and wasting a person's time is quite unethical
