I was in distress, was put in a very difficult situation by a very mean homeowner after my husband passed away leaving me behind with 3 little children, 2 with special needs. The homeowner neglecting the house repairs put me and my children health in dire condition. At Court hearing I met with Ms BALU who took up my case and then delegated to Miss ROBBYN SPIERS, these ladies are amazing 👏. Miss ROBBYN SPIERS a very serious, well trained and devoted Solicitor, I can never thank her enough for how she handled my case and made me feel valued ,she listened to all my concerns, understood my case very well and worked on it accordingly, and now thanks to her me and my little children are in a safer place . I 1000% recommend .
Thanks a million Miss SPIERS for your great service, you are saving lives.
Much appreciated .

They are of no help whatsoever, just a waste of time, phoned them a couple of weeks ago. They took my information and promised that someone would call me back in a few days. I waited and waited. No one called me until about a week later, and then told me that they were full to capacity, which was of no use to me, I had already gotten myself another solicitor by then.

We have not received any compensation or reimbursement for our legal aid contribution despite winning our case v Birmingham City Council. Pursuing this matter for over a year has yielded no results. We reported the issue to the Ombudsman and are still awaiting resolution. This situation has been exceptionally stressful, involving both wasted time and financial resources. I would advise caution as it seems they leveraged our case for their own gain, leaving us in a difficult situation. Link to the case:
