Dream Clean Services was hired for a cleaning service at my home, but unfortunately, the experience has been highly disappointing.

1. Damages: The cleaners caused damage to my en-suite wall, wardrobe door, and a water hose, and they left the wall with visible stains. While the water hose was replaced, the wall and wardrobe damage remain unresolved.

2. Missing Item: A squeegee from my family bathroom went missing during the clean, and this issue was dismissed by the company.

3. Poor Service: The cleaning quality was subpar, with marks left around water taps that I had to clean myself afterward.

I have repeatedly contacted the company, providing evidence of the damage and missing item, but their response has been dismissive. Despite multiple follow-ups, my concerns remain unresolved, and their communication has been unprofessional (including hanging up on me).

I would not recommend this service based on my experience. I hope the company can address these issues and improve their customer service for others.

We are so so lucky to have Dream Clean local to us, a family run friendly company.
We had Dream Clean come in and do a clear for us & they were absolute perfectionist!!!(and if you ask my husband I’m the fussy one) they were extremely thorough and there was not a spot missed!

Dream Clean were on time, excellent value for money and were brilliant with my toddler and elderly dog. They even made what they were doing interactive for my daughter, which she found very funny and when they left she wanted to carry on cleaning (bonus). I would recommend without hesitation and if I could give more stars I would. Thank you Dream Clean.

DreamClean have been cleaning our house for many years now, and they are always very good. Wendy is super-responsive whenever I get in touch with them, and the cleaning team they send is always puncutal and professional. Woudl thoroughly recommend.

I used Dream Clean for my end of tenancy cleaning. They charged the same price as the other businesses I received quotes from, and therefore appear to be charging the going market rate. I have not seen the results of the cleaning myself (as I moved to another city prior to the cleaning date), but the landlord was very pleased with the work they did and returned my full deposit. In addition, they were very quick to pick up the phone each time I called and arrived on time for the job. Would whole heartedly recommend.

Just moved into a house that dream clean cleaned. I cleaned the mould in the shower and dirty marks myself. I flagged the horrific wipe marks on walls with previous tenants who were fobbed off after being massively overcharged (£300, 5 hrs work)

I am always very satisfied when the girls leave the house after a clean. The house smells fresh and I already can’t wait for them to come back. They are a great help! Would definitely recommend based on services and price.

Did a good job cleaning but left 2 hobs switched on and a window open in an empty rental property. Very little sympathy and no offer of a reduced bill. Lesson learned to always check your property after anyone has entered and not to trust estate agent recommendations..

Safe to say I won't be recommending or using again
