I've had to make changes to our will recently and I can honestly say that Rumanna has been very helpful and explained everything to me so I could understand exactly what had been put down in the will ( as of course I didn't quite understand the terms they had used) Rumannah made me feel assured and it didn't matter how many times I contacted her she was very professional and polite.

Thankyou for making us feel very comfortable and at ease now that the Will had been corrected properly.
