Following problems with a rather difficult builder and many issues we decided to obtain a building survey in order to have peace of mind and also provide professional evidence that our concerns were justified.
Building Complience Ltd completed this survey promptly and provided us with a clear, concise, professional detailed report that would if the need arose stand up in court.
Martin was at all times impartial and professional whilst taking the time to explain the issues that even we had not picked up. The result being that we were able to terminate our contract with a good heart secure in the knowledge that our concerns had not been unjustified or our expectations unrealistic.
