Awful solicitors. Would never use ever again. They were handling both the sale of our house and the purchase of the next one for us. Took 4+ weeks to respond to emails, our case got handed over to different people TWICE which really slowed down the process. Could hardly ever get through to them on the phone, it’s the most awful communication and customer service I’ve ever experienced from a paid service.
