First person that I spoke to when I moved failed to set up my direct debit. I did not find out for several months. Suddenly getting demands, very angry at their lack of action and now facing a big bill. Why does nothing work any more? Even something as simple as this?
They install meters but who can read them? They are dirty and so low down you can't clean them to see them.

Worst water company in the UK. STOP POISONING OUR RIVERS, also we had the highest price hike of water providers in the UK. So the fat cat investors can run the company into bankruptcy while they get their dividends.

What a terrible Company to have the misfortune to deal with. They flooded our Premises with water and mud for a week than lie about when they are going to clean their mess up. I will be taking them to Court in order to gain redress for my lost revenue. Their shareholders and Managers must be proud to work for this absolute shower.

Can't say I've had any problems with them. 14.00pm as a low user and the second charge came off years back without me asking. 1 star off as obviously I see their frequent digging!

They have changed my payment plan but wont let me log into my account to see what changes they have made, multiple browsers, multiple devices and all i get is "ooops.... blah blah blah , phone us or use live chat" there is no live chat option so my onl;y choice is to phone them over something trivial, how incredibly inefficient!!!

Worst water company ever. Charging through the roof for water that we never used. Charging 3 times the amount of an average household of two.
Sorry, but we won’t get into debt over this company. Sort it out and stop taking advantage of people. Clearly with all the terrible reviews, we aren’t alone.

I have had a leak for 10 days and told it would be repaired today 8th May 2024. No repair. You call the customer support and they sound so concerned and how they will prioritise when in reality it seems you just get pushed down the line of complaints. Water leaking at a rate of a hose pipe for ten days. What can you do though. Cannot move to another provider. It’s a monopoly. Also, if a company had a rating of 1.8 you would not touch them but they do not care because you cannot go anywhere..
