I spoke to Charles today and he was Brilliant. I was very confused with all the information on line with regards to stamp duty. I was going round in circles and getting know where. Charles give me all the information I needed within minutes and put my mind at rest. I can highly recommend him to anyone needing advice. Very helpful and professional. I contacted The Tax Faculty about a capital gains tax problem on the telephone and received a call back very shortly afterwards from Charles.
Charles was very pleasant and professional and could not have been more helpful.

This is the second time I'm getting advice from Charles at The Tax Faculty. I really can't recommend this company or Charles enough. He helped me and my parents with the Capital Gains Tax on their HMRC return. He explained everything in detail and even helped fill out the form! This company has always been very profession but very down to earth and approachable. They will now be my "go to" company for my tax related tasks!
