Late and despite clear instructions not to go to the site's main entrance the driver went there. Clearly had no knowledge of the local area so couldn't find us (I'm not local either). When he did turn up the boot was full of his own car repair stuff incl greasy jack, so we had to cram our our luggage in on that.

Ordered Xmas eve for Xmas day, nice and simple through the online ordering. They said the gent was a great bloke and polite. Good stuff at short notice. 🙂

I cannot recommend Cab Co highly enough, i had two boxes needed for a show at Wembley stuck at the depot in Slough, Cab Co collected the boxes took them to Wembley in quick time, called my customer once there for them to come out to meet them, nothing was too much trouble, thanks again for getting us out of hole that wasnt our making

Awful service the receptionist who booked was completely incompetent and unprofessional. I asked for a 7 seater car for 6 people and confirmed this on the phone with her. She told me the price would be £12 as soon as the taxi driver arrives he was confused and said the price would not be £12 for 6 people in a 7 seater. It was actually £24; not only did she quote the wrong price she was completely unprofessional; when I first called she was booking another customer whilst on the phone to me so I had to wait for her to finish booking the previous customer before she proceeded with my booking.

Awful service would not recommend this taxi company at all absolutely rubbish; and they should train there staff especially the snappy receptionist better.

Drivers don’t have change card not contactless lock a kid in a car to you pay by bank transfer the woman that owns this has a rude attitude don’t lock peoples kids in cars it’s your companies problem if they don’t have change !!!!! Will never use this cab again, I’ll stick to 7-Eleven what I use over 500 time never had a problem like this make

I called on Saturday morning to confirm my pickup time and I have to say that Carol was absolutely lovely! She was so pleasant to talk to and had a fantastic sense of humour! Most cab companies you call can be rather rude but Carol really put a smile on my face and also saved me a fortune! Both my cab drivers were great too, very professional and on time. Will absolutely be booking again next time I come to town!

Downloaded and booked a taxi using their app, which never arrived (we waited over 40 minutes and ended up using another company). The app isn't very user friendly - it shows cars nearby as you book but you can't then see which car is yours and track it to your pickup, the map just disappears unless you go back to make a new booking. While we were waiting I did test this by going back as though I was making a new booking, and it showed the same few cars in exactly the positions they'd been 20 minutes before, and definitely nothing moving towards us.

I didn't want to think the worst so tried calling them to check there wasn't an issue with the app, but waited on the line for a few minutes and no one picked up.

Best thing I can say really is that at least they didn't take any money when booking! I'm sure by other reviews that if you can reach them by phone you're fine, but if you need a taxi ASAP I can't recommend them after this experience.

Booked a service to take 4 people plus luggage to the airport with 3 weeks notice.
Received a text confirmation all booked and the price.

17 minutes before the scheduled pickup time to take us to the airport got a phone call increasing the cost from £110 to £140 for the journey.

Was told the person who made the booking was a trainee and got it wrong even though the system shows the correct info. Was then informed I was being done a favour as the normal price is much higher.

Had the phone call been a day earlier then this is understandable, but 17 minutes prior to pickup feels like it was premeditated to not leave us a choice and be effectively ripped off.

Update: spoke with 3 other local companies about booking a return journey, all of which quoted around the £110 -£120 mark.

This company does seem to be operating on basis to scam customers.
