I booked in with Rachael for the 12 week course - Zone Face Lift. What a wonderful treatment!! Rachael is a wonderful therapist offering professional reflexology and other holistic treatments in the comfort of your own home. I highly recommend both foot and facial reflexology treatments that are relaxing and great for the wellbeing. I've benefitted by better sleep, relief of aching shoulder, hip & knee. Reflexology is also very good for swollen legs, Racheal also offers hot stone treatment which is brilliant.

Beach to Home visits and how amazing space in Snettisham! Have been having treatments for 5 years, girls nights, home visits, and on the beach Rachel adapts and gives the best of who she is every time, with back ground in nursing she adds that extra element! Do think of having a reflexology session with Rachael, who is caring, knowledgeable and professional.
It is worthwhile for the feeling of wellbeing afterwards. Can also help with minor aches and pains.
Rachael visits your home with all that is needed for the session. So nice not to have to drive home afterwards.
