Wasted 11 months of my life, experienced a myriad of excuses (equivalent of the dog did my homework then eat it) and got accused of lying and breaking the terms of their contract (which I hadn't).

Liability had been admitted within 24 hours. Decided to deal with the insurance company directly - I just want my life back and move on from the experience.

Don't waste your time. Another time, I would pay for a reputable legal firm to represent me. The old phrases "if you pay peanuts, you'll get monkeys" applies. If you pay nothing- you will get nothing.

I approached BMA Law because of a longstanding unpaid debt for work as an expert witness. In this case I had been instructed by a third party. Previous attempts to have the debt settled were rejected because they were past the time allowed under the statute of limitation. Also they claimed that due to a transfer of systems, they were not able to confirm that they had even instructed me. As a result of the input of Mr Fawden, and his correspondence, within a matter of hours they succeeded in finding a back up which confirmed the debt was unsettled, and paid up in full with no further argument. I am extremely grateful to BMA Law for sorting out this matter.

I contacted BMA law over 7 days ago after around 20 telephone calls to BMA law ,no solicitor called me back ...I have a deadline for responding to a letter on 3 days !
