In our efforts to get a visa to live in Spain we came across Buckles Law online. We connected with their rep Lola Pacheco beginning the process in March 2024. It was immediately clear that Ms. Pacheco knew her subject intimately and offered very clear and informative instructions for us to follow. Her professionalism and constant communication assured us that we had found the right people to get us what we were looking for. We received our visa from the Spanish Embassy just under 4 months. Buckles IS my go to Law Firm. My decision came about after the first time I instructed them many years ago. The second and third times were sound decisions based on my previous experience and most notably the experience of the Solicitor I was fortunate enough to work with. Extremely poor service. We sought advice from them as the said the were experts in cross boarder matters. It quickly became clear that they were not. We sought advice on the question of Brussels 4 and not once were they prepared to address the question. The only time it was mentioned was to say they couldn't address it without a fee. We paid the fee to find out they had no idea wanted to ask our french notaires for advice. We asked for a refund which was refused. Now we have to proceed to ombudsman and failing that small claims court. This is a pint of principles and I refuse to back down until I get a full refund. Avoid this firm.
