I can highly recommend the Conveyancing team, being Nicola and Natasha, at EMD Law. They were efficient, helpful, polite and professional throughout the process of selling my mum’s house. They chased up situations to ensure the smooth progression of the sale, passing on updates quickly and giving reassurance where required.They were an absolute pleasure to do business with.

My own experience of EMD Law has been first class in every way! I have used them for the conveyancing of my father's apartment, the sale of my house and the purchase of another.
They are friendly and approachable, knowledgeable and at the end of the phone most of the time when you need help.
They may not be the cheapest solicitors around but you get what you pay for and I believe I had good value for money.
They are informal but professional and care about their clients so I would not hesitate to recommend their services and I shall certainly use them again.

I had a very poor experience with this law firm and I would not recommend anyone to use their services. I was given quotes to works that couldn't be carried out on 2 occasions and on my initial consultation Amanda misread several parts of my contract needing me to correct her. I am really frustrated with the fact that I listened to any advise to which I was given, she/they were incredibly unprofessional and I only wish I had chosen another solicitors for advice.
