Saif and the team at Property buyers today have been nothing but excellent, from raising the initial enquiry about the speed required for the transaction to the point of receiving the offer and completing has been astonishing. Many companies out there promise to complete fast but always fail to deliver, however this is not the case with Property Buyers today and I cannot thank them enough for promising and delivering on their word!

Myself and my Brother were struggling to sell a mixed use property which was inherited from our parents. We tried to sell in various different ways but just couldn’t get it sold. My Brother contacted Saif who then spoke to me and explained the whole process. I was of course not sure at first as I have had no previous experience selling a property. The help, advice and guidance was second to none and I can’t thank him enough. It took a little longer than expected but that was due to certain certificates being needed.(Again being guided by Saif). The property has now been sold and all monies have been paid to us with no waiting even the legal fees have been paid for us. I would highly recommend this company and thank you so much for your guidance, help and advice it has been much appreciated.

I first contacted Saif as our tenant had moved out of our property and we were looking to sell quickly due to us moving house ourselves. I was a little sceptical of quick sale companies as had heard some negative stories but how wrong I could of been. Saif was clear throughout the process obtained valuations from local agents, price agreed was fair and more than what we thought for a quick sale. The process was completed in 2 weeks and Saif paid our legal fees too- overal extremely inpressed from start to finish and I would highly recommend Property Buyers Today.

Can’t recommend these guys enough!
At a time when the last thing I needed was the stress of selling my Fathers house, Saif was clear and transparent throughout, Explaining all the options available and what they would involve.
There was no pressure for me to sign up to anything and I was able to pick which option worked best for me.
Saif took the time to explain the process and kept me fully updated throughout, taking all the stress out of the process.
This was a very quick process from start to finish compared to what I have heard from others who have sold on the open market and let me spend valuable time with my father in his last months instead of worrying about his estate.
Genuine people who want the best all parties involved rather than the usual “let’s make as much money as we can”.
