I have recently attended one of Claire's "Content Marketing Strategy Classes". You are made to feel welcome as soon as you arrive and free tea/coffee is available throughout the day. You are encouraged to join in the class which helps the advice and suggestions to sink in quickly.
I especially enjoyed the introduction part where you get to know the business of the person sat beside you and then you introduce them to the rest of your group. A much better way then the normal introduction of your own business.

Claire is great at getting to know your business and offers examples of how to use content marketing within your own business which helps at boosting your own ideas and making things clear.
