I had a terrible experience with the solicitor here and as they were unable to sign a simple legal advice document which when I took it to another solicitor they did it in one day. One day! I had booked an appointment for 2 weeks and I was at risk of loosing my property which I had made an offer on as the process was taking too long. Then on the day where I had prepared all the documents and completed everything needed for the signing she said I need to see the mortgage offer. I told her I need the signature for the mortgage offer to be accepted first and she had no clue and said I can’t help you. It was that same day thanks to luck I found a solicitor who said I understand the urgent nature and completed it. If I had put my faith in Howard and co solicitor that house I wanted would be put back on the market. I would advice anyone to do ur risk assessment prior to seeking help from here as they aren’t here to help you using their knowledge but are here to do what’s easy and requires least effort, everything and every document needs to be spelled out to them in order for them to get the work done. If you have time to waste I would recommend them but if you need business handled and efficient is what you desire from a solicitor go find someone else.

Rubbish since John dimmock left I was with them now I have my court order i asked them few questions don't want to know just ignore you gone else where bit rude nice as pie then when court order in place and all finished don't want help
