Extremely unprofessional - would pay to not to use these solicitors after what they have done. Absolutely disgusting. Will purposely not help to get more work promising a different outcome to get more work and more money. They take advantage of people with mental health problems and continue to represent you by force even after saying you have sacked them.

They still take the money, and decide not to tell you any information.

An investigation is ongoing into this and will update.

My solicitor has been an outstanding representative of her firm Levy & co. She has displayed a wide source of information and support; allowing me to make an informed choice and the best decisions for my case. She has extremely good interpersonal skills and has supported me throughout, despite my severe health concerns and trauma. She is highly professional and made me less afraid of my case, that matters were taken into the best of hands. She listened very well and she never put any pressure on me; never forcing a decision from me- she can only work upon my wishes to represent my views and my case, whilst providing me with the relevent/ correct advice and important information.
