My elderly relation wanted to make a Will. I telephoned Harding Mitchell, Balham office. The receptionist was very helpful and put me through to Leopoldine Mineo. During our first appointment, Leo explained the entire process very clearly specifying costs and answered all our questions with care and concern. This put my relative member at ease and remarked that we were lucky to have Leo. It was 2015. I went to Fadiga & Co. for my Immigration matter to settle my status. A dark lady refused me to take my case because she thought my case had no merits. I almost challenged her not to take my case. I requested her to see another lawyer.

She told me to go back to the firm a week later. I waited for a week and I went again. I then met with the solicitor Anneka, a very English manner lady with deep understanding. She took my case.

My Immigration journey actually started from 2007. I was with another firm but unfortunately I have not been able to afford them. So I moved to Fadiga & Co. in 2015.

Anneka started to work on my case. She gave me unbelievable help. She was always advising me in various ways to make the case more stronger and merit-full. She sent my case to the Home Office in 2016. My luck was bad. The Home Office refused my case in 2019 and Anneka was on maternity leave in the mean time.

I did not want anyone to handle my case from her firm. Honestly speaking, I did not trust anyone except Anneka in her office at that time. I was shocked for the Home Office refusal and to move forward, I started to seek help from my old firm as Anneka was on leave.

They made my new application in 2019 with new documents but same thing happened. Home Office refused me without a right of appeal that same year. In the mean time, Anneka was back after her maternity leave to her new office.

I rushed to Anneka again with my refused case. She started to work again with more enthusiasm for my case. She started to advise me again what to do and how to do.

I was so happy for the way Anneka did it for me. She is really a good human being with the good helping mind. I really appreciate her.

We then lodged Judicial Review in 2020. Finally, the honourable Judge gave the remarkable verdict earlier this year.

Everything sorted out now, I got the permission to stay 2 days ago. A big thank you to Anneka, Sandy and everyone in the same firm who helped me a lot. It would not have been possible to make it happen if Anneka could not help me in various ways in this long bumpy journey. God bless her.
