I have just phoned this company and to be honest ive always liked nick morris with his straightforward approach and he has acted for me in a couple of successful injury claims but the rudeness i just got over the telephone was definately not customer friendly nick morris i thankyou for what youve done for me in the past but todays experience was embarrassing
