We used HPLC as conveyors for our house purchase last year and it proved to be an expensive and deeply stressful mistake. This is call centre conveyancing at its very worst; admittedly cheap but boy do you get what you pay for. Abandon all hope of any decent service level and if you're expecting even a modicum of professionalism do your self a favour and go elsewhere. These people are slow, rude, and indifferent; I'd suggest you investigate the stream of highly positive reviews from people with only one or two previous reviews. Draw your own conclusions but avoiding this company will be the best advice you get all day.

Would, and do, recommend using HPLC to anyone looking for a competent and efficient conveyancing firm if they are buying or selling. The whole team are always helpful and professional.
