I have nothing but Praise for Shropshire Boiler Care. I sent an Email to Wyn explaining that I felt that I needed a New Oil Boiler fitting and he Emailed me back immediately and promised to carry out my wishes.
Wyn then organised an Engineer to give an appraisal of the existing Heating System and a New Oil Boiler was fitted by Two Engineers within days. I was so very impressed with how Professional this Company is. They are a company who you can totally put your trust in to carry out a Magnificent Job!! Their workmanship is exemplary.
I intend to use them for all my Oil Boiler requirements from now on.
I would also urge anyone else to do the same.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Shropshire Boiler Care installed a new boiler and replacement radiators throughout the house.
The two engineers who completed all the work are exemplary in their skills and an absolute credit to their profession and to the company. Everything was undertaken fastidiously and with close attention to detail. The level of care and tidiness during the upheaval required during the work was notably excellent. And the quality of the new pipework is a work of art in itself!
I had complete trust in this company. They really care about the quality of their work. And their commitment to achieving that is total.

Ben was really helpful and friendly.
After he had got my boiler to the right pressure, he happily helped me understand how to work the thermostat, as it was a recently new boiler.

Our oil boiler suddenly packed it in and we contacted Shropshire Boiler Care by phone. They were able to book us in quickly and our new boiler was installed efficiently and professionally taking care of our property.
The entire experience was superb. Everyone we dealt with was polite, knowledgable and professional. Communication was excellent from the initial booking (confirmation via email), tech visit (text updates with time of arrival) to billing (clear, concise invoice and payment methods).
A small issue that arose with the boiler, which was not related to the install, was promptly addressed by Wyn. He and the rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with (Iwan, Harry, Haydn). Highly recommended.

Excellent service.
Having moved into a house that had been empty for some years, I was keen to have the oil fired boiler checked out before use.
An engineer, Ben, was sent out very promptly after my call. He serviced the boiler very thoroughly.
He found issues which he clearly explained and showed to me. It took a couple of weeks for parts to be ordered, but Ben returned and fitted them.
He preserved despite the challenges involved, saving the need for a replacement boiler.
Once made safe and the boiler could be used, it transpired that another part within the system needed replacing.
Ben returned just a couple of days later with the replacement part.
It was great to have consistency with the engineer. Ben was polite, friendly and professional at all times, and worked really hard to replace the initial part which was obviously quite a challenge.

Being new to an oil fired system, he also clearly talked me through it.
Those I spoke to in the office were also great, always cheerful and very helpful.
I would thoroughly recommend the company.
