Personally would never use them again. I have ended up being charged twice what I was originally quoted. I’ve found myself bamboozled into additional hours and when I’ve raised concerns they are ‘neutralised’ with how I was told all along. A very crafty and money hungry organisation. I’ve also now been left with an outstanding bill and no representation for my final hearing.
