Mohammed Rofique was exceptional, he devoted a lot of time to explaining legal concepts to us as first time buyers and caught various problems with the property early on so they didn’t cause us any issues. It was a bad experience. I never even saw their office. They refused to allow me into the office and told me to wait outside like the pet dog. Completely lacking in professionalism, they made me sign confidential documents in a public setting. Took my passport and refused to allow me to see what they were doing with it. I went there for them to witness a document, the statutory fee is only £5 and I felt like that was a waste of money. Dissatisfied with the end result, I ultimately destroyed the document and opted to pursue a more formal execution.
