Fantastic service and the staff I have met so far have been extremely friendly and very helpful.

Only down point is that the reception desk is too high if you are in a wheelchair, as I found out because the reception can't see you.

You call, you select the debt option (3) and then you wait for 15 minutes and are transferred to national debt, and guess what, thats correct, they don't answer either. Useless service can't get though
