Recent Feedback and Operational Considerations

Citizens Advice Bromley currently maintains 73 reviews on Google My Business, reflecting a significant level of public engagement. The average opinion received is 3.6/5, indicating a generally positive perception of the service, though highlighting areas for potential improvement. Anecdotal evidence suggests that while many users report extremely positive experiences with specific advisors – particularly those demonstrating empathy and a professional approach – access to appointments can be challenging, resembling a highly sought-after resource. Furthermore, it seems that support for private landlord disputes could be an area where greater assistance is needed.

Useless. Dont waste your time.I needed help filling out a form, they refused.
Really terrible to just send people away knowing they are in dire need.
Also talked to me in a condescending way, awful experience for me as its hard to ask for help sometimes and when you do, to be treated like that is just wrong.
I hope when they need help in a field they know nothing about that the one who they ask treats them the same ,so they learn what it's like to feel hopeless.
😞

Lovely place to go if you need advice. They are very helpful and friendly. The volunteers are very nice. The waiting room is a bit small and cramped and parking can get expensive depending on how long you stay there for.

I went to find out if I was eligible for universal credit as I didn’t know where else to find out. They told me i wasn’t eligible which was devastating considering the awful divorce I was going through. I was left poverty stricken and wondering every week if this was food bank week. Then I found out 6 months later I WAS eligible and she had got it completely wrong! Meanwhile my children and I had missed out on well over £7k
Unforgivable. Esp as they didn’t say ‘you should/could double check here’
