Car insurance is absolutely unreasonable, after being a loyal customer for previous years up to last year.

I had a claim which was not my fault despite being proven non fault, they decided to x2 my insurance premium. Luckily I found another broker who was reasonable.

A year on, they call me back to offer me another quote which is a 100% increase which came in around the £4200 mark.
Bear in mind, I have 8 years no claims bonus.

Justifying 100% increase with the words insurance as risen is a joke. Then to distance yourselves from the ridiculous quote by stating you do not provide the quotes is more of a joke, you’re in association with the chosen underwriters.

A waste of 25 mins and leaves a print on your credit history.

Just avoid completely, shop around from early.
