We booked a financial review with this company. Pre the review they asked questions about what financial advice we were looking for, so they were aware regarding our needs. The lady rang and by the end of the phone call it was obvious she was not interested in our custom, she sounded disinterested, however told us they would be in contact. We have now been waiting 3 weeks. If they were not interested a quick email would of been polite or just to say that on the phone. Manners cost nothing, they obviously have so much business they do not need to be polite to potential customers.
