A massive thank you to Lisa! She was brilliant and made a really really emotional time for us, a lot easier. It was so hard to say goodbye to our beloved Foosa, but she gave us such comfort in knowing she was taking such good care of him. Lisa allowed my two bunnies (Dylan and Edie) to be cremated together. They were inseparable in life, and so it gave me much solace to know they were also peacefully together in their forever sleep. She treated them with such dignity and care and love. Lisa is a beautiful soul in a beautiful setting and I am deeply thankful to her for making such a painful process just that little bit easier. I have remaining elderly bunnies and I am truly comforted knowing she will be there for us again in the (sadly) not too distant future

We lost our beloved Misty on 2/9/24. We were fortunate that we knew the time was coming so I was able to meet Lisa beforehand to discuss details and ensure Misty got the best care on her final journey. That is just what she got. If you're reading this, I'm so sorry for the loss of your beloved pet. Let me assure you, you've come to the right place. Lisa will afford your loved one all the care and attention you undoubtedly gave them in life. She is a true animal-lover, and this comes across at every stage of the process. Her compassion and empathy are evident throughout, and nothing seems to be too much trouble.

Lisa was able to see us the same day our guinea pig Alan crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈.
The care, dignity and respect definitely made us confident that our lovely furry baby’s body is in the right hands and the compassion we felt eased our pain. We talked about Alan (superstar with a heart 🤍) and even made a few jokes that greatly helped us to have that transition and acceptance, we are grateful for this.
We drove over an hour, but I would drive even longer if I needed to.
We chose a beautiful urn and ring made with ashes as well paw prints. 💕
