Dismal. There is a no real face to face service. Unless you have an appointment, or a case number, don't bother. I went to Erith... At the door, you have to push a button. An voice answers and advises you to call the number advertised on the board. Its an automated dialing system that puts a person through various levels of enquiries depending on your requirements.. you'll be lucky to get through to a proper person.. This is a VERY poor system for people to be able to get proper service, especially in the modern day we are living in.. Covid is NOT an excuse anymore for a lack of actual people to provide a public service!

Tried for a fortnight to get through by phone. No luck so decided to go to Erith. This is not an office for the public to visit. I spoke with the manager and she gave me some information re solicitors which turned out to be useless as neither of the solicitors bothered to call me back. All in all a complete waste of time!

They don't keep you on the phone for long eventually it says there's no one available and tells you there's other ways to get help ONLINE.

Tried to book appointment on the phone. Was kept waiting for hours to speak to an advisor ...eventually nothing happened.

very unhelpful, waited 3 her a to be told come in the next day and approach my dept query in a correct fashion. not to mention a particular dept upon seeing the advisor, but say u have dept to open a file. ridiculous... last person to be seen at 1.20, got in at 9.20. guess he wanted to go home fast.

waited on the phone for around 20 minutes, only to be met with an advisor who you could barely hear, very echoey and when we started to explain our problem they hung up straight away. not a care in the world, don’t use these at all

I have tried to ring the 01322 number given on 5 separate occasions on difefrent days and no one has picked up or answered and there is no answer machine. As I cannot contact Trading Standards unlss the CAB get involved ,how is any of this helpful? No one can help me. Disgusting
