We had a level 3 survey with Justin from Peter Cox administered by Jaynell. The survey was very clear and comprehensive and the correspondence with Jaynell was always a positive experience. I engaged Justin to complete a RICS level 3 survey. I also had a number of specific points of interest / concern that I explained to him (and he agreed to look at) prior to commissioning the survey. Unfortunately all my queries were completely ignored, and the final report gave me very little useful insight. It was a template document that mostly advised us to talk to relevant specialists about various different aspects of the building. I found this to be a complete waste of money to be honest.

The process also took such a long time that when we received the disappointing report, we were under a lot of pressure to complete the transaction and had no time to seek advice from anyone else.
